A grand programme was organized at Shourabh College of Veterinary Science, Kheda (Hindaun City) under the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan'. During the programme, the inspiring address of the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was telecast live, which was listened to with great enthusiasm and solemnity by all the dignitaries, faculty members, staff and students present on the occasion.
Live telecast of the Hon'ble Prime Minister's addressThe Chief Guest of the programme was Hon'ble Shri Darshan Singh, MLA, Karauli, who formally inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp before the idol of Goddess Saraswati. On this occasion, Shri Mahesh Singh Beniwal, Secretary, Shourabh Education Campus, warmly welcomed and felicitated the Chief Guest, Hon'ble MLA Shri Darshan Singh.
The programme was successfully conducted under the guidance and leadership of District Deputy Director Shri Pankaj Yadav. Dr. Manoj Mathur also made a valuable and commendable contribution towards the successful organization of the programme.
Following the address of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, the students, staff members and members of the judging committee collectively took a pledge to stay away from substance abuse, promote a healthy society and contribute towards the service and development of the nation.
The programme concluded with a strong collective resolve among the youth to remain free from substance abuse and contribute towards building a healthy, empowered and developed India.
Under the MY Bharat Portal of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, various cultural and intellectual competitions were organized at the district level. The objective of these competitions was to engage young people in the anti-drug campaign and provide a platform for showcasing their talent, particularly among youth in the 15–29 age group.

At the conclusion of the programme, all the participating contestants and winners were felicitated with prizes and certificates in recognition of their participation and achievements.
It is noteworthy that the participants who emerge victorious at the district-level competitions will represent Karauli district at the state-level competitions. Dr. Saurabh Singh Singhal informed that the participants selected at the state level will get an opportunity to participate in the National 'Nasha Mukt Yuva Conclave', scheduled to be held in New Delhi on 14 August 2026, where the gracious presence of the Hon'ble Union Home Minister has been proposed.
