Green Campus
As part of its commitment towards environmental conservation and developing a green campus, Shourabh College of Veterinary Science, Kheda, has undertaken a plantation drive across the college premises.
Saplings are being planted in the area behind the complex.
Plantation is underway in the area outside the Girls' Hostel.
Additional saplings are being planted at other suitable locations across the campus.
The plantation includes a variety of shade-giving, fruit-bearing, and environmentally beneficial plant species.
The objective of the plantation drive is not only to enhance the greenery of the college campus but also to create awareness among students about environmental conservation, the importance of trees, and the sustainable use and protection of natural resources.
The college administration is also giving special attention to the protection, regular maintenance, and proper growth of the planted saplings.
Trees are not only essential for maintaining a clean and healthy environment, but they also play a vital role in preserving biodiversity and maintaining ecological balance. This plantation drive is an important initiative towards creating a better and healthier environment for future generations.
Our objective is not limited to providing education to students; developing a sense of responsibility towards nature and the environment is also one of our key priorities. Regular care and protection of the planted saplings will be ensured.

Faculty members, staff, and students of the college participated enthusiastically in the plantation drive. Assistant Professor Dr. Saurabh Singh Singhal called upon the students to actively participate in environmental conservation efforts and to take regular care of each planted sapling.
